Got Questions?

We've got answers! Check out some of the most common questions we get.

Q: How secure is self storage?

A: In many cases, a self storage unit is more secure than the average home or apartment. Not only is every individual unit secured by a lock, the facility itself is fenced and we offer 24-hour video recording.

Q: Do you offer climate controlled units?

A: No. All of our units are unheated, and we do not recommend storing items that can be damaged by heat or cold in them.

Q: How easy is it to get to my stuff?

A: Very easy! We offer 24-hour, drive up access so that you can get to your storage unit whenever you need it. This also makes it so that moving in and out is a breeze.

Q: What sizes of unit do you offer?

A: We have many sizes of self storage units to suit just about any needs. The most common sizes are 10x5, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30 and 14x40. Check out our Rent Storage page for detailed information about pricing and sizing.

Q: Can I pay for my unit online?

A: Yes! Our system makes it easy to reserve or rent a unit from your home. Click here to get started.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Q: How should I store a mattress?

A: When putting a mattress into storage we recommend standing them upright and making sure they are straight. A leaning or bent mattress may hold it's shape and become lumpy or uneven.

Q: How should I organize items for storage?

A: A great question! We find that the best way to get the most use out of your space is to store things in the order that you might need them. Place larger items towards the back of the unit, and heavier boxes and items on the bottom. Items that you might need should be kept towards the front of the unit so that you can get to them quickly. If you're renting a larger unit, it's a good idea to leave an aisle down the center so you can get to all your things.
